Boston Bombing: New Hampshire vs. Jim Fetzer

New Hampshire Union Leader

(May 08. 2013 9:06PM)-House votes 312-0 to honor Marathon bombing victims, rebuking Tremblay

By GARRY RAYNO – State House Bureau

CONCORD – The House voted 312-0 Wednesday to honor the victims and heroes of the Boston Marathon bombing and formally disavowed comments made by one of its members.
The vote was a rebuke to Rep. Stella Tremblay, R-Auburn, who claimed the attack was the work of a federal government “Black Ops” team and questioned whether bombing victim Jeff Bauman was in pain or shock after the bombing.
Bauman, whose father and stepmother live in Concord, helped law enforcement identify one of the bombing suspects, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Bauman lost both legs and suffered hearing loss from the blast.
Tremblay claimed Bauman’s lack of pain or shock in a picture widely circulated after the bombing was one reason she blamed the federal government for the attack.
Tremblay had an excused absence and did not attend Wednesday’s House session. Attempts to reach her Wednesday afternoon were unsuccessful.
Tremblay’s comments outraged many from Republican Party and legislative leaders to Democrats and independents. Members of her own party called for her resignation and said her remarks do not represent the views of the GOP.
The resolution (HR 9) noted that “recent remarks have taken the focus away from honoring the victims and celebrating the heroes of this tragedy.”
The resolution passed Wednesday did not name Tremblay but clearly addressed her remarks.
“The House does hereby disavow any unfounded speculation or accusation that dishonors those affected by the tragic events in Boston,” the resolution reads.
The resolution also praised Bauman saying “the New Hampshire House of Representatives does hereby commend Jeff Bauman as a hero for his actions and wishes him a quick recovery.”
Tremblay apologized for her remarks about Bauman “if he was hurt.” But she continued raise questions about both his injuries and federal government involvement in the bombings.
In the aftermath of the April 15 bombing Tremblay said Bauman “was not in pain; he was not in shock. If I had had those type of injuries, I’d be screaming in agony,” she had said.
She has called for an Arizona group called the Cold Case Posse to look into the case saying the investigation of the bombing and the injuries sustained by victims should not be handled by the FBI.
The Posse is well know for claiming President Barack Obama’s birth certificate was fraudulent.
Tremblay also made headlines earlier this session when she said in a legislative hearing that former President Woodrow Wilson agreed with Adolf Hitler’s view on race.
House Minority Leader Gene Chandler, R-Bartlett, House Majority Leader Steve Shurtleff, D-Concord, and House Speaker Terie Norelli, D-Portsmouth, sponsored the resolution, which House members applauded after it was read.
Gov. Maggie Hassan praised the House resolution in a tweet later in the day.

Don’t get me wrong, I fully support this resolution by the house, but couldn’t they have taken this time to do something more effective like censure her or move to remove her from her elected position somehow. I don’t know what is possible within the rules of our state government but someone so profoundly out of touch with reality should not be allowed to continue to serve.

Garret Saunders, and you think that our government officials are in touch with reality. Ms. Trembly is simply voiceing what many Americans are thinking these days. The United states goverment wants your guns, and soon your freedom of speech, your rights to assembly, your freedom of religion.

As a former Marine Corps officer and retired professor of philosophy, who has devoted himself since his retirement to the study of complex and controversial issues of public importance, I have been astonished at the gullibility of the American people. I have published three articles about the Boston bombing, including my latest, in which I honor Stella Trembly, “Man of the Year: Stella Tremblay, NH Legislator”, where I honor her as “Man of the Year” rather than as “Woman of the Year” or even “Person of the Year” because she is the only one who has the ***** to “tell it like it is”. I have consulted experts on different aspects of the case and, for those of us who have actually analyzed the evidence, the Boston bombing was an obvious staged event, where some bystanders were injured or killed but where the perps were not those two brothers but members of the paramilitary company, Craft International; where the older brother was taken alive and then killed while in police custody; where the scene reeks with fakery, including the absence of spurting blood from Jeff Bauman’s leg, the wrong color blood that was used to create false impressions; and a host of other subtle points, including that he had also lost the little finger of his left hand before the bombing. I don’t claim to be incapable of making mistakes, but I think those who are praising Bauman for his performance here have missed the boat, big time!

Funny how the Union Leader’s lead story is this and not about the explosive testimony given by the whistleblowers about Benghazi and the cover up by the Obama Administration? Of course you’ll claim it’s not news and just a political attack but that wouldn’t be true would it? In fact the Union Leader has suppressed all news of the Benghazi terrorist attack hasn’t it? Why? To protect the Obama Administration? To protect Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid? New Hampshire sends our children all over the world to protect and defend this country. New Hampshire parents have a right to know when their government is purposely placing our children in harm’s way for the Obama Administrations’ political agenda.

It takes a lot to make the red-meat show of Dennis & Callahan turn on a Republican, especially a minor official in a different state, but they did. The legislature did the right thing, repudiating this publicity grab and besting suggestions of Garret Saunders and a past Union-Leader editorial that we dither over removing her from her elected office on account of words. Yes, there are more important things to deliberate; but–surprise–the legislature is political. Carolyn Pillsbury, no, this doesn’t prove that Mr. Obama’s policy opponents are paranoid (and no, Bob Lake, when you wake up: it doesn’t prove we are racist either). James Fetzer: So in this world of frenzied labor-law enforcement, Stark Industries found several employees willing to give up limbs in support of a faked bombing? Sasha Little: There is feverish effort to divert our attention from the House investigation of Benghazi, but this gambit is not part of it, and you are off-topic.

I do not know Rep. Tremblay. She apologized let the voters of her District decide who stays. Carolyn Pillsbury, whom I do not know, makes sense. We LEGAL citizens have a reason to not trust our government from Concord to Washington. It appears that only 312 showed up to vote – where do the other 77 stand? OK republicans, when do you point out that Rep. Cynthia Chase be tossed due to her stupidity of publicly stating that any citizen of NH who differs with her should be asked to leave our state? She attacked folks who moved here for more FREEDOM, she attacked Tea Party folks, and the amoeba GOP did what they do best; remain silent! Four Americans were murdered in Benghazi, an 8 year old boy was among those killed at the marathon, and the NH House is punishing a state rep for the First Amendment? Do the 312 care about Americans losing their lives on foreign lands matter? Please pass a Resolution that Niel Young, and others, demand that those who did NOTHING to save those 4 Americans be removed from government, including the community organizer, Barack Hussein Obama. Silence.

How about a bill saying how inept the leaders of Mass are, seeing how both 9/11 and the marathon bombings were planned and carried out right under their noses? Plus with Boston being an amnesty city no questions asked, they have no clue who is there anymore than we know who is crossing our borders, as we are loosing our freedoms at the same time. Security is not the goal it seems, but rather control.

The reason she is in the Honorable General Court is the job pays $100.00 per year, they need to elect 400 and trying to find a qualified candidate while offering nothing in return results in a legislative body made up of dedicated public servants, maybe 10%, retirees, maybe 15%, ego maniacs, maybe 50% and 25% true blue whack jobs with nothing left to do but try and find an audience for their ridiculous and unfounded view of the world, don’t forget the amazing Tony Soltani or the 2011 bill sponsored by the inimitable Al Baldasaro and his sidekick Rep. Itse to create a “state militia” to defend Nh from invasion! Many of the whackos run unopposed or in districts that are so gerrymandered that putting an “R” next to their name gets them in. 400 X 0 = 0

James Fetzer: At what vantage point on the grassy knoll were you able to make such astute observations of the “faked” bombings? Good God! It’s not even the weekend yet! Did they let you out early? “An obvious staged event!” Do you still write for PRAVDA? Or am I confusing you with some other Pulitzer Prize winner? Didn’t you write that gem of a piece on the “faked Chernobyl nuclear disaster?” And the “obvious staged Lunar landing in 1969 by NASA, Neil Armstrong and all the other actors in that studio?” Freedom of speech can be a scary thing sometimes!

James Fetzer said:
Fascinating! Those of us who support Stella are “know nothings”, “conspiracy theorists” and “ultrawingnuts”, even though I have presented ample proof of my points, which none of these critics even discuss. Just for the record, I graduated magna *** laude from Princeton (1962), served as a commissioned officer, US Marine Corps (1962-66), earned my Ph.D. in the history and philosophy of science at Indiana (1970). For 35 years, I offered courses in logic, critical thinking and scientific reasoning. I know better than to draw conclusions without studying the evidence. We have photos of Craft International personnel on the scene with backpacks that, unlike the backpack that Dzhokhar was wearing, were a match for one that exploded. We have videos of Tamerlan being arrested, stark naked, and put into a police vehicle. We have his brutally damaged body and a witness who reported seening the police run over him repeatedly with an SUV. Is it too much to expect readers of this newspaper and residents of New Hampshire to take a look at the evidence in this case before you condemn the one voice in the nation who has spoken out about it? We also have close-up photos of Jeff Bauman and what remains of his legs. They are not spurting blood. He is not writhing in pain. He has an accomplice wearing a hood who is assisting him. The blood at the scene is bright red, when it should have been dark red from oxidation. When he is rushed away in a wheelchair, he is sitting upright and alert, when he should be unconscious from the loss of blood. The bone extension appears to be a fabrication that does not even have the physical features of a human tibia. If you don’t study the evidence, you would never know. For more, see “Some ‘hard lessons’ from the Boston bombing”, and “Welcome to Amerika: No More Truth, Justice or American Way”, Or, if you don’t want to believe me, try Russia Today, which has more accurate information about the Boston bombing than The New York Times, assuming its worth investing 12 minutes of your time:

Len Cannon said:
Thank you, John Tule. But you forgot to mention Princeton. Somehow we are all supposed to accept his theory of an “obvious staged event” because he graduated Magna from Princeton in 62. Bill Ayers is a “distinguished professor of Education.” Ted Kazinski (aka: the Unibomber) is a Harvard graduate. Dr. Tim Leary taught at Harvard. I don’t believe Socrates ever went to college. Is he less credible than Bill Ayers? How about the fruitcake professor over there at UNH who belongs to a group (and proudly admits to such) that claims George Bush (“the single dumbest President ever elected” according to them) planned and carried out the 9/11 attack and got away with it. They have voluminous photographic and written “evidence” according to them, that proves this insane proposition. George somehow got the cooperation of tens of thousands of people (Islamists, Christians, Jews, CIA spys, FBI, informants, local NYPD cops, innocent bystanders, etc.) all to do their part in the attack AND to keep quiet about it! Is that good “critical thinking,” Dr. Fetzer?
May 9, 2013 10:39 am
James Fetzer said:
These replies are quite pathetic. I mention my education and background because I am most unlikely to qualify as “a conspiracy theorist” or a “wingnut”, much less some kind of “psycho” who has disgraced the Marine Corps! Are all of you this stunningly incapable of serious thought? I appreciate the social pressures that may lead to conformity as a community phenomenon, but once attention has been focused on the actual evidence about what really happened, there is no more excuse for name calling and petty ad hominem attacks. And notice: THAT IS ALL THEY HAVE! Those making them could not have passed a course in critical thinking, where I taught freshmen to avoid trivial fallacies of these kinds. Why is no one here LOOKING AT THE EVIDENCE? We know that Craft International was “on the job” in Boston. I have photographs of them in “Some ‘hard lessons’ from the Boston bombing”. We also know that Tamerlan was taken into police custody, because we have videos of it taking place, which I featured in “Welcome to Amerika: No More Truth, Justice or American Way”. We know that Stella is the only political figure to “tell it like it is” given the obvious fakery involving Jeff Bauman, as I explain in “Man of the Year: Stella Trimblay, NH Legislator”. Have none of you even spent 12 minutes of your time watching the RT video, “Boston Bombing: What you aren’t told”, Is that too much time for this “brain trust”? Why attack Stella when she is speaking the truth?Just study the Craft photos I have presented. Compare their backpacks with one of those that exploded. Compare both of them with the backpack that Dzhokhar was wearing. Notice that they are not the same. Watch the video of Tamerlan being arrested. Both his mother and his aunt have identified him. Compare his condition being taken into custody with the body thereafter. Can you imagine how it was done? A witness reported watching the police run over him repeatedly with an SUV. Look at the photos of Jeff Bauman. Why are his legs not spurting blood? Why is the blood at the scene bright red when it should be dark? How can he be upright, conscious and alert as he is being rushed off in a wheelchair? Try looking at the evidence for a change!Egad! His fake prosthesis falls off as they are rushing him away, so they stop and reattach it! Just how dumb are the American people? Lots of us in higher education have worried about the pervasive influence of television, cell phones and the like, which reduce the exercise of our higher mental capabilities, such as reading, and reduce the level of our intellectual engagement, which has the effect of reducing our functional intelligence across time. Among my most recent books are THE EVOLUTION OF INTELLIGENCE (2005), where [my] latest (co-edited with Ellery Eells) is THE PLACE OF PROBABILITY IN SCIENCE (2010). The “official account” of the Boston bombing is preposterous, in light of the evidence, but it seems to make no difference to any of my critics here.

James Fetzer, you have a very interesting Curriculum Vitae, but your vitae lack any medical education or training. I am surprised at your medical conclusions just by looking at pictured. I have listed several people each with an impressive Curriculum Vitae. Kaczynski was accepted into Harvard University at the age of 16, where he earned an undergraduate degree. He subsequently earned a PhD in mathematics from the University of Michigan. He became an assistant professor at the University of California, Berkeley at age 25.Holms graduated from Westview High School in the Torrey Highlands community of San Diego in 2006. Holmes attended the University of California, Riverside and, in 2010, received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience with the highest honors. He was a member of several honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key. According to UCR recommendation letters submitted to the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign (UIUC), Holmes graduated in the top 1% of his class with a 3.949 GPA. The UCR letters also described Holmes as “a very effective group leader’’ and a person who “takes an active role in his education, and brings a great amount of intellectual and emotional maturity into the classroom”. In June 2011, Holmes enrolled as a Ph.D. student in neuroscience at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.[34] He received a $21,600 grant from the National Institutes of Health, according to agency records, which was disbursed in installments from July 2011 to June 2012.Hasan joined the United States Army immediately after high school, and served eight years as an enlisted soldier while attending college. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He gained admission through a selective process for medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (“USUHS” or “USU”). After earning his medical degree in 2003, Hasan completed his internship and residency in psychiatry at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Hasan received the Army Service Ribbon as a private in 1988 after completing Advanced Individual Training (AIT), the National Defense Service Medal twice for service during the time periods of the Gulf War and the War on Terrorism, and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal for support service during the War on Terrorism. One was the Unabomber, another the Aurora Movie Theater Shooter and lastly the Ft Hood Shooter, and like you, seem to have mental issues. God forbid anyone here should ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE. I would not have believed there were this many mental midgets in the entire state of New Hampshire but for their showing up here en masse. This is embarrassing! How can I be in denial when I am simply pointing out that the evidence contradicts the “official account”? (1) Craft personnel were there in abundance. They were wearing backpacks like one that exploded. It even had a distinctive white square on it. (2) The backpack that Dzhokhar was wearing looked nothing like either of them–and was clearly not packed with a pressure cooker bomb. (By the way, how many here regard a pressure cooker bomb as a WMD? Show of hands.) (3) So Dzhokhar was not the source of either of the bombs. But a Craft guy was observed, first with his backpack with the distinctive white patch, then rushing away without. I wonder whether that makes any impact on this brain trust? (4) The video of Tamerlan being arrested was confirmed by his mother and his aunt. Who would be better positioned to identify him? And after he has been arrested, he turns up dead, where his body has been brutalized and mutilated. Who else could have done this than the police? (5) The case was solved so swiftly by the alternative media that they had to send out an FBI stooge to tell you, “Ignore the man behind the curtain! Look only at our photos of two suspects and no other”, which would have made sense only if they had already examined every other photograph and cleared every other possible suspect. (6) They asked for the help of the public in identifying the two young men, but the had had them under surveillance for at least five years. Which means THEY ALREADY KNEW WHO THEY WERE. (7) There was a lock-down of the City of Boston my a massive presence of military force, even though that is in direct conflict with Posse Comitatus. Soldiers were going door-to-door and searching homes without warrants in gross violation of The Fourth Amendment. Doesn’t anyone in New Hampshire care about that? I am convinced that there is an all-out disinformation campaign to conceal the truth from the American people. The perps, who appear to have been Craft International working with DHS and the FBI, were caught with their pants down and now they are doing everything they can to cover it up. This is the most obvious “false flag” attack in US history. If we the people can’t see through this, there is no hope for truth, justice or the American way. Welcome to Amerika!

You know, when all these conspiracy theories start to come out, this is how I look at it. Most of the people, other than the real high ups, who work in government, are the same folks who were working when George Bush was in office. If the US government is so omnipotent that it could orchestrate a massive conspiracy like the marathon bombing, then why couldn’t it smuggle a few weapons of mass destruction into Iraq and hide them so they could be found?

James Fetzer said:
What most Americans do not know–principally because the main stream media is controlled by the government, which does not want the public to know–is that a subcommittee of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Intelligence issued a report on 3 October 2012 based upon its own study of 680 “fusion center” reports (where fusion centers merge federal, state and local “anti-terrorism” activities) spanning 2009-10 and found no indications of any domestic terrorist activity: NONE! ZIP! ZERO! NADA! That, however, must have come as most unwelcome news to the DHS, which has an agenda of its own to take control. Which means, given the size of the sample and that those who were conducting the investigations being reported were zealous in its pursuit, that there is virtually no domestic terrorist threat! It is safe to infer that events like the Boston bombing are intended to compensate for that dearth of terrorism in the United States. If they can’t find a real reason for DHS, they are going to contrive one. We appear to be living through the reincarnation of “Operation Northwoods”, which was a false flag op to conduct terrorist attacks in the US and blame them on Fidel Castro as a justification for the invasion of Cuba, which JFK rebuffed. But Obama is no JFK–and appears to be complicit. Indeed, what is remarkable in this case is that the “false flag” meme seems to have broken through. There is so much about the outrageous conduct of the FBI and its clumsy attempt to distract attention from the real perps to the patsies in this case that it may be impossible to put the toothpaste back in the tube! As Kevin Barrett has observed, Yahoo News! did something astonishing by conducting a poll about who was responsible for the Boston bombing, where the alternatives included the American government: But after the Boston bombings of April 16th, 2013, even the corporate monopoly media could no longer ignore the possibility of a false-flag attack. Yahoo News asked “Who’s behind the Boston Marathon bombings?” and offered 4 theories: (1) Islamic jihadists, (2) Right-wing militia types, (3) the government, and (4) a criminally-insane lone wolf. Numbers (1), (2), and (4), of course, are the usual suspects. But including (3) “the government” on the suspects list is unprecedented for a mainstream news story reporting on a domestic terror incident. The false-flag meme’s growing prominence was underlined at Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick’s press conference after the bombings. The first question for Governor Patrick came from Infowars correspondent Dan Bidondi, who asked whether the bombings were “a false-flag staged event to take away our civil liberties.” Patrick, of course, answered “no.” Even the Atlantic Monthly, a neocon-lite magazine associated with names like Goldberg and Hitchens, felt compelled to publish a story headlined: “What Is a ‘False Flag’ Attack, and What Does Boston Have to Do with This?” Amazingly, the Atlantic article stated that yes, there is historical precedent for viewing the Boston bombing as a false-flag event. The author, Philip Bump, even admitted: “If the Boston attack had been a ‘false flag’ attack, Gov. Patrick would have responded ‘no’ anyway.” Barrett attributes this break through to the success of the 9/11 Truth movement in elevating the consciousness of the American public to the fact that governments, especially the Israeli but including our own, resort to attacks on their own people and their own nation to promote the government’s political agenda. A nice example is the attacks on the Israeli Embassy and the Jewish Community Center that took place in Buenos Aires in 1992 and 1994 in apparent retaliation for Argentina’s cooperation with Iran in the development of its peaceful atomic energy program, which illustrates the kinds of cases that have occurred, again and again, throughout modern history.

Hey James….Not sure why you bother trying to educate the sleeping masses that continue to swallow the blue pill so they can stay blissfully ignorant. What you’re doing threatens everything they’ve been brainwashed to believe and most can’t handle the truth! It’s just too painful. It’s called Cognitive dissonance. If people would spend as much time reading history books, reviewing declassified documents (such as Operation Northwoods) and doing their homework instead of watching sports, dancing with the stars and drinking their beer, maybe they’d understand what you’re trying to say!!!! Why not listen to the whistle blowers, people from the CIA, FBI, Military personnel. You know, people like Bradley Manning or Sibel Edwards. The information is out there but you first have to want to know the truth. Most can’t handle it! They’d prefer to stay in their blissfully ignorant little world and watch their primetime news to get their daily dose of dumbing down. Yes folks, the MSM is mostly controled by the CIA. I would highly recommend listening to the testimony of William Schapp in the 1999 King vs Jowers trial (it’s on Youtube). What he exposed in that trial will blow your mind!! It took Juror’s a whole 59 MINUTES to find the US Government guilty of murdering Martin Luther King. OH but I’m sure you weren’t aware of this because the mainstream media didn’t tell you, so it can’t be true! It’s certainly not the “conspiracy theorist” that scare me. It’s the lazy people that can’t pick up a book and read or capable of doing any research!!! The Federal education system was so successful in the dumbing people down. These post are a perfect example of it!! George Carlin use to say it best. “They don’t want a population capable of critical thinking. They want people just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork and just dumb enough to passively accept it!! Many of us had days invested in alternative media sources prior to and after the “FBI’s news release” Russia Today is far more truthful then any lame stream media source. When the lame stream media (State run media) is wrong and there is evidence that the government want seen or known then that evidence becomes “Conspiracy Theory” . Wake up and do some google searches, or follow some of the links for the alternative media when posted and all the work is done for you! Dave Lindorff,, called the Boston Police to ask if they had hired the Craft personnel observed at the scene just before and after the bombing, and was told by the public affairs office there that “Anything having to do with the investigation of the bombing would have to be referred to the FBI Boston Division office.” When he pointed out that he wasn’t asking anything about the investigation but was simply asking who had hired the security personnel from Craft, the answer was repeated: “You’ll have to ask the FBI.” So he called the FBI and got a public affairs person there named Amanda Cox. Her initial response was, “I do not have any information on that.” He said he had been referred to her by the Boston Police Department, and said that photos of the scene after the bombing had shown Craft personnel conversing with FBI agents. She then put down the phone and turned to a supervisor to ask, her voice muffled, “This guy’s asking about the Craft Security Consultants — who hired them and what they were doing.” He overheard the muffled voice of another woman to whom she had been speaking reply, “I think you could safely say, ‘I do know we worked with a lot of people who worked on security at the marathon….’” No one wants to acknowledge that Craft was even there.

The point in this case is not to make partisan advantage; it is to make clear that both sides have a loony element and to remind people that those fringes are best left ignored. They will not go away, but painting the entire right or left because of them is absurd. Nuts are nuts regardless of to whom they belong.

@John Jenkins: Don’t waste your money on that examination offer for Mr. Fetzer. I have a friend in Colorado who emailed me about the Boston bombing and believes there is “ample” evidence that the Tsarnaev boys (the smirking pot smoker and the “stay-at-home” dad) were newbee IA trainees for their uncle who worked for the CIA and who went “rogue” before they could be stopped. He asked, “how else can you explain that a guy on watch list was able to go to Russia for 6 months and be allowed to reenter the US undetected?” I told him it was simple. The DHS, CIA and FBI, although skilled and competent in many areas, are loaded with incompetent, political appointee hacks and affirmative action placements who have no business being in those agencies and who screw up constatnly and scurry like cockroaches to hide when exposed. Jant Nepolitano, dumb as a post in my opinion, is a perfect example. I asked my firend if Maj. Hassan was also just another “inside job” spy who went “rogue” before he could be stopped? People like my friend and Fetzer are free to believe what they will. But they will never explain that photo that shows people scurrying in panic as the second bomb explodes but also shows Dzhokhar just calmly walking away like he was taking a stroll in the Public Gardens. Oh, I know. The CIA and DHS planted that photo on that man’s I-Phone after they doctored it. Ya, that must be it!

James Fetzer said:
Those who are displaying their incompetence are those who are formed their opinions based upon official accounts but now disregard the actual evidence. Steve Johnson, Ed McCarthy, Jr., and Sharon Omand, for example, attack me for having a few [loose] screws, but what could be more blatantly irrational than ignoring relevant available evidence about a matter that counts?(1) We have multiple photos of Craft personnel, who are acting in a manner consistent with their participation in the bombing, including one of them wearing a distinctive backpack with a white square insignia, identical with one of the backpacks that exploded, where we see him rushing off in great haste WITHOUT HIS BACKPACK immediately thereafter. (2) We have photos of Dzhokhar with his backpack slung over his right shoulder. It does not appear to contain a heavy object, such as a pressure cooker, and it is the wrong color to have been either of the two that exploded. His is silver in color, while one of those that exploded was black with a white square insignia and the other tan or beige.(3) We have video of Tamerlan being stripped naked and placed into a police car, under arrest. Then next thing we learn is that he is dead, where we have photos of his body, which has been brutalized. A witness reports having seen the police run over him repeatedly with an SUV, probably his own car. He appears to have been murdered by police.(4) We have photos showing the faking of injuries at the scene, where Jeff Bauman’s legs are not spurting blood and he is not in shock. The blood at the scene only shows up later: you can see the alleged bone extension, but there is no blood initially, which is only added later and is bright red when it should have turned dark red from its oxidation. Those who are attacking me are displaying a complete absence of reason and rationality. Surely the citizens of New Hampshire are not going to be played for suckers, even if some, like these three, turn out to be gullible saps. I am grateful to Timothy Phippard and especially Joanna Aiken for signs of intelligent life in coping with mass deception. The blunder that is being committed here is that of mistaking authority for truth, when truth should be the authority. We need to recall William Colby’s observation that the CIA owns everyone of significance in the major media and Bill Casey’s remark that the agency’s disinformation program will be a success when everything Americans believe is false!

It was also a bit late for this last blog.
What I said was bring on more peole like James Fetzer.

  3. There is no evidence that a white backpack with black trim was involved in the Boston Boming in any way. There is no evidence that a white backpack with black trim exploded or that any white backpack with black trim at the Marathon ever contained a pressure cooker device or any weapon of mass destruction. Dzhokhar's backpack was white with black trim.

Special Agent in Charge of the Joint Task Force, Richard Deslauriers on the day after the bombing (April 16, 2013) stated that "pieces of black nylon" had been sent to the FBI laboratory and then he read the finding, "this morning it has been determined that both of the explosives were placed in dark colored nylon bag or backpack." Furthermore pictures of the send bombing location within minutes of the blast show the nylon remains of the blasted backpack in the street not far from the green mailbox that was very near the blast. This black backpack fits the description given by the Joint Task force of the bomb backpack. Furthermore this bag matches perfectly the black backpack carried by one of the Craft International paramilitary personnel as shown in many different pictures before the blast. This man's backpack matches the tattered bomb backpack in may particulars, a small square white label, side straps, a gray stripe running down the center of the otherwise black shoulder straps. [Note: Dzhokhar's backpack had a black trim strip running down the center of the otherwise white shoulder straps of his white backpack.

On April 18, 2013 Special Agent in Charge DesLauriers addressed another press conference. In this conference he showed pictures of Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev talking on Bolyston Street and identifying them as Subject #1 and Subject #2. One of those pictures shows Dzhokhar with his white backpack in full view, two of the others show the white shoulder straps with black trim. The only reason given during that press conference for considering either of these to young men suspects was the following 20 words by DesLauriers: "Suspect Two set down a backpack at the site of the second explosion just in front of the Forum Restaurant.."

There were many people with backpacks at the marathon. Backpacks can be seen stashed here and there, supplies for runners when they return, or lunch, or school books for college students needing to study after watching friends finish after the game. Did I mention that there is no picture of a black backpack exploding and no determination that a white backpack was the center of an explosion.

One further reason given for going after the Tsarnaev Brothers was the statement by Deval Patrick that the Forum Restaurant Video -- then not being shown to the public -- it was only released during the prosecutions presentation of its case to the jury -- was that Dzhokhar did not react as other people reacted. That he did not flinch or blink. However, by simple inspection of this video we see that Dzhokhar's head did jerk back at the time others are giving their own startle responses at the loud sound of the first Boston Marathon explosion.

The final reason given for identifying Dzhokhar as a Suspect was that he put down his backpack and then walked away from it. This too as a misrepresentation, and an especially dishonest one given that the public has not had a chance to view this video from the restaurant security camera until the trial is already underway. The fact established by simple watching of the video shows that Dzhokhar has his backpack on the ground while making a phone call.
