William Brandon Shanley, not a lawyer but a son of Connecticut, a Son of God, a Citizen Advocate, a filmmaker, broadcast journalist, editor of books on Quantum Science and media analyst with forty years' experience analyzing pseudo-events in U.S. Presidential Elections submits an Amicus Curiae Brief in a case brought against Bushmaster Firearms International by parties alleging to be the survivors of victims of the Sandy Hook shooting on 14 December 2012. 1. In the article at this link:

reprinted at dailynews.com, Los Angeles, Dr. Lee and some of his colleagues are quoted making superficial comments about the Sandy Hook Crime Scene only four days after the event Dec. 18, 2012 before any real analysis or investigation had been done. Oddly, Dr. Henry C. Lee, Ph.D., has clammed up on this important case from the State where he was Head of the Connecticut Crime Laboratory. Why do you suppose such a famous forensic expert would be so silent about such a well publicized case from the same State Connecticut where he was the top crime scene investigator and now holds such a prestigous position at a college named for him? The facts and details of this case are a textbook case of exactly everything he has fought for his entire career as what is wrong with forensic science in America Today, yet he remains silent about it all. Do any of you out there know why he would remain so quiet about such an important example of garden variety fraud in crime scene investigations as the Sandy Hook Hoax provides?

    1. Perhaps he has had his life threatened. This was an Obama/Holder psy-op and, were Henry Lee to speak out about it, the scandal would be unparalleled. He has apparently been warned to keep his mouth shut!

I am writing this Testimony because am really grateful for what MARTINEZ LEXIE did for me and my family when I thought there was no hope he came and make my family feel alive again by lending us loan at a very low interest rate of 2%, well I have been searching for a loan to settle my debts and bills for the past months all I met scammed and took my money total 6,500usd until I finally met a God sent Lender. I never thought that there are still genuine lenders on the internet but to my greatest surprise i got my loan form this great company without wasting much time, so if you are out there looking for a loan of any kind for business or other purposes i would advise you to email Mr MARTINEZ LEXIE via: ( Lexieloancompany@yahoo.com ) or through the Company website: http://lexieloans.bravesites.com OR text: +18168926958 and be free of internet scams. thanks… Jenny Hills Resident: CA, United State

  2. Your major failure in your analysis of START triage is the fact you gloss over "Black tag" - In an MCI, victims with traumatic injury who are not breathing are "black tagged" - they are not moved, do not receive resuscitation, nor are they rushed to the hospital at all; they are left dead where they are. It takes only a few seconds in MCI to determine that someone is deceased and can be done by any trained first responder, including appropriately trained police.

    1. What evidence is there that triage was ever done by anyone outside of a drill experience? Witnesses? Tags? Supportive testimony? I remain curious and skeptical. I was, for 15 years, heavily involved in EMS, MCI response planning and training, and more, am published, ran three symposia for emergency physicians on trauma management. Show me a triage tag or a blood stain or any records of any legitimate EMS response.

    2. Well, there are many photos of blood at Sandy Hook. While Triage tags are redacted, they report documents they were used.

Are you saying a blood photo would change your mind or you would change your goal post if shown one? I just want to know before I set you to back tracking.

I take it you have not researched Sandy Hook very much or you would not be asking for such as easily producible items. Kind of a noobie, huh? Have you considered doing actual research with all that knowledge you pretend to have?

Why don't you teach fetzer about MCI black tagging, if you are real.

    3. Why are you so defensive, anonymous? It was a simple question. I don't have to teach Fetzer anything. I played the part of a victim in drills in 1957. I've coordinated drills for EMS groups, I've been an EMT and an EMT instructor, and I've taught the designed and taught the EMS response plan used in the Malden Mills Polartec fleece factory explosion that saw 20+ burn/trauma victims evacuated by chopper to tertiary burn trauma centers in under an hour with no loss of life. That plan was described by the New England Council of EMS as the best in New England at that time. I've worked with Len Jacobs,. I envisioned and wrote about computerized simulation training in 1990 for the EMS/Rescue Journal. It was my design that the DOJ OEP gave to BreakAway games that became "Incident Commander". My paper on the development of virtual communities of excellence in disaster response can still be found on the server at the international Association of Emergency Managers. I was NIMS-certified in exercise design. I was the subject matter expert hired by the major contractor for DRAWERS which developed the MAGTF simulation game to help design the game engine for a now-aborted USDA/TSWG Internet training game that would have taught civilians how to manage a breakout of pathogenic avian influenza. So, again, the simple questions are these: What proof exists that triage was actually done? If triage was done for a real event (i.e., real victims), there was no hoax. If the event was real, there is a record of it somewhere. If the records have been redacted, something is being hidden. If it was a drill (or hoax), why was triage done at all? Has Len Jacobs stated that this event took place? Is there an EMT ope an RN or a flight nurse or an ER doc or a trauma surgeon anywhere who can say (and offer proof) that this event was real?

    4. the fact triage was done is not redacted, its in the report.. Im surprised you cant figure that out. Have you thought about followings a real sandy hook researchers... doesnt seem like you are learning much from Fetzers bs

    5. "the report". I imagine there's a dozen reports. Can you be more specific? Is there a link or a page reference in the book "Nobody Died..."?

    6. So you, some alleged responder pretending he did something 40 years ago, as if thats relevant, is looking to Fetzer's debunked book instead of the actual report of the incident? You (like Fetzer) havent even looked at the report and just toss out asinine comments? Just admit it, you are a sheep led by the nose.

    7. There's nothing alleged about me. I can back up everything I said about myself. This isn't work from 40 years ago; my most recent professional contribution was published in 2004. Then I had serious medical issues that forced my retirement. I am simply wondering who among us is telling the truth.

  3. This seems fake. I did a look up at Connecticut Court look up and there is no record of this guy at all. Are you sure he is legit? http://appellateinquiry.jud.ct.gov/PartyNameInq.aspx

    1. Motion to submit Amicus Curiae Brief was submitted on December 14, 2016. If the system is not reflecting it, it's because of corruption. Moreover, Motion was submitted al all CT news agencies, AP, Reuters, White House and Malloy press offices, and in January, 77 Yale and UCONN law school professors.

    2. You can also look up my cases in US District Court against news media for psy-op: Shanley v Smith, et al: 3:14-cv-01881 and Shanley v O'Prey: 3:14-cv-01929. Cheers!

    3. I looked that up. Your case was dismissed a long time ago as complete junk. Your alleged supreme court filing doesn't exist. Professor, this Shanley guy is a waste of time. Can't believe you did a whole blog post on him without vetting him. This guy is a shill to make truthers look bad.
